Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mixer Operator to join our team in Denton. The Mixer Operator is responsible for blending materials according to production specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate mixing equipment according to established procedures
Measure and combine ingredients/materials accurately
Monitor mixing process to ensure consistency and quality
Follow production schedules and meet daily quotas
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues
Adhere to all company safety guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing or mixing/production preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Basic math and measuring skills
