About the Position

Kerae Medical is seeking an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and social media marketing.

You will lead the execution of digital marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, increase qualified website traffic, generate business inquiries, and grow online sales. Our customers include healthcare facilities, hospice agencies, nursing homes, caregivers, and individual consumers.

We are looking for someone who can turn strategy into measurable results—from conducting a website audit and improving search visibility to creating compelling content, managing advertising campaigns, and converting visitors into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization SEO

• Develop and execute an SEO strategy covering technical improvements, on-page optimization, content development, and relevant link acquisition.
• Conduct keyword research aligned with product searches, customer needs, and purchase intent.
• Optimize product pages, collection pages, landing pages, metadata, internal links, and website content.
• Identify and coordinate improvements to indexing, crawlability, site speed, mobile usability, and structured data.
• Monitor organic traffic, search rankings, conversions, and opportunities for growth.

Generative Engine Optimization GEO

• Develop strategies to improve Kerae Medical’s visibility in AI-powered search and answer platforms, including ChatGPT, Google’s AI search experiences, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Create clear, authoritative product information, FAQs, buying guides, and educational content that answer customer questions.
• Strengthen brand consistency, source credibility, and the structure of website content.
• Monitor relevant AI-generated answers for brand mentions, citations, and accuracy; recommend improvements based on findings.
• Track emerging GEO practices and test their impact without relying on unsupported ranking or placement guarantees.

Social Media Strategy and Content

• Manage and grow Kerae Medical’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop a content calendar tailored to healthcare buyers, caregivers, and consumers.
• Create or coordinate product demonstrations, short videos, educational posts, promotional graphics, and customer-focused campaigns.
• Manage community engagement and respond professionally to comments and inquiries.
• Measure engagement, website visits, qualified leads, and sales generated through social media.

Paid Advertising and Lead Generation

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with other platforms used where appropriate.
• Develop campaigns targeting both healthcare organizations and individual buyers.
• Test audiences, keywords, creative materials, offers, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
• Manage advertising budgets and report on cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend.
• Support email marketing, lead nurturing, and remarketing campaigns.

Website Performance and Reporting

• Improve Shopify content, campaign landing pages, and customer journeys to increase inquiries and purchases.
• Configure and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform tools.
• Provide clear reports showing results, budget performance, completed work, and recommended next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and approved marketing claims.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with demonstrated results in SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
• Practical experience with GEO or AI search visibility strategies, supported by examples of work or testing.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO research tools.
• Experience managing Shopify websites and optimizing e-commerce content.
• Excellent copywriting, content planning, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize opportunities, and take responsibility for measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing medical equipment, healthcare supplies, or related products.
• Experience with B2B lead generation and longer purchasing cycles.
• Familiarity with email marketing, CRM platforms, Canva, Adobe tools, and video editing.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and experience coordinating technical website improvements.
