Job Description
Responsibilities
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Patient Transporter / Vandriver is responsible for providing safe transportation for clients to and from the facility. They will immediately report any maintenance problems with the vehicle to the Director of IOP or Facilities Director. Additionally, the Patient Transporter / Vandriver will assist clients in a pleasant and respectful manner, helping them with boarding and departing vehicles. Other duties include performing office clerical functions, scheduling clients, conducting food and general supply audits, and restocking supplies. This list of duties is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Vandriver reports administratively and operationally to the Director of IOP
QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience :
High School diploma or GED.
Experience transporting clientele preferred.
Current driver’s license within the State of Washington with excellent driving record.
CPR / First Aid certification required.
Qualifications
