Role Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled React Developer with Release Engineering and Production Support expertise to be responsible for developing, maintaining, deploying, and supporting enterprise web applications.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React.js development, CI/CD release management, and L2/L3 production support, ensuring application stability, performance, and seamless deployments across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• React Development
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop reusable UI components and implement modern front-end architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Release Engineering
• Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Manage build and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and release processes.
• Maintain release schedules, deployment documentation, and rollback procedures.
• Ensure compliance with change management and release governance processes.
• Production Support
• Provide L2/L3 application support for production issues and incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Monitor application health, performance, and system logs using observability and monitoring tools.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and on-call support rotations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, security, and support teams to restore services within SLA timelines.
• Analyze application logs and troubleshoot production issues effectively.

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills
• 5+ Years of Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Redux/Context API, Hooks, and TypeScript.
• 5+ Years of Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• 5+ Years of Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• 5+ Years of Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and version control practices.
• 5+ Years of Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• 5+ Years of Knowledge of release management and deployment automation.
• 5+ Years of Experience in troubleshooting and supporting applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• 5+ Years of Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK, or Azure Monitor.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Micro Frontend architecture.
• Understanding of security and DevSecOps best practices.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in React, Azure DevOps, Cloud, or ITIL are a plus.
