This project aims to enhance the client's data management capabilities by leveraging Power App's data collection capabilities with SharePoint and SharePoint's website creation capabilities of data automation, management, and reporting, and Microsoft Power BI for data transformation, and visualization. The goal is to create a centralized, interactive, and user-friendly reporting environment that supports data-driven reactions and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a professional SharePoint website
- Build competent lists, action registers within SharePoint to capture (Power Apps input, SharePoint input, third party cloud-based app input API connectors, tokens, etc.)
- Build professional visualization applications for end users in PowerBI from SharePoint datasets.
- Build professional, complex Power Applications (PowerApps) to serve multiple data collection purposes.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Excel, SQL Server, SharePoint, cloud services).
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
- Ensure, working cross-functionally with internal IT teams, data governance, security, and refresh automation.
- SharePoint "SH&E" website
- Website buildout
- SharePoint backend buildout (lists, pages, news posts, etc.)
- Power Applications example "Area Inspection", 40 questions, IF / AND / OR statements. Action item creation in PowerApp ->
