As a Merchandise Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the buying and merchandising process in a fast-paced dynamic environment. This position is responsible for ensuring product accuracy availability and timely launches by coordinating across vendors and internal teams. Youll manage product data and assets track inventory and performance and provide operational support that enables the seamless execution of assortments campaigns and seasonal launches.

This role is challenging above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities youll have a big role within a fast-paced team.

This position will report into the Senior Buyer.

What you get to do every day :

• Assist in managing product assortments by setting up monitoring and maintaining merchandise across categories to ensure accuracy availability and alignment with business goals.
• Support the buying and planning teams with vendor communication purchase order tracking and product setup to ensure timely launches and replenishments.
• Audit and update product information pricing and imagery to deliver accurate and inspiring product experiences for customers.
• Coordinate samples imagery and product assets for seamless site launches and marketing campaigns.
• Track assortment performance monitor inventory levels and provide actionable reporting to support merchandising strategies and decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations creative and marketing teams during seasonal launches and promotional events to ensure flawless execution.
