Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Drive execution of SWP-related projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and business objectives. - Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within SWP processes and support the development and execution of project plans across cross-functional stakeholder groups. - Lead process design and standardization efforts by documenting and optimizing SWP workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. - Establish and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting to ensure visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making. - Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, recommending solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability. - Support coordination of Technical Beach activities, including onboarding, operations, and job jar build-out and management, while identifying opportunities for process improvement. - Analyze and resolve operational challenges of moderate complexity, making recommendations and supporting decision-making in partnership with stakeholders. - Support stakeholder alignment across SWP, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and business leaders; apply working knowledge of SWP policies and practices. - Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. - Lead cross-functional meetings to drive project progress, ensuring clear outcomes and follow-through. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specific Requirements - Must have 5+ years of relevant professional experience. - Experience with strategic workforce planning. - Experience developing executive-ready presentations, reports, and delivering effective presentations to leadership audiences. - Experience with HR project experience is preferred. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
