Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.Sales Reporting : Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.Compliance : Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards. Qualifications : Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).
