Responsibilities
- Leads the transfer to production of new Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) devices
- Supports and maintains yield for devices already running in production
- Analyzes data and drives improvement actions (device "tunning", discusses potential improvement activities with Process Engineering team)
- Collaborates with Design and Product engineering team from development to production phases Track and lead devices to transition parts from down select to prodcution release
- Supports manufacturing
- Reports to management on yield and improvement actions
- Applies Lean principles for continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- 5+ years experience
- BS in engineering (Mech, Elec, etc.) or masters / doctorate in technical field (material science, chemistry, physics etc.)
- Semiconductor experience.
- Yield enhancement, Design, Production, or Process experience a plus
Software :
- Spotfire / JMP / MiniTab statistical analysis tool experience
- MATLAB
- Python, SQL, or Oracle
- Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
