What You’ll Do

You’ll own projects from due diligence through permitting and handoff. Including leading consultants, managing risk, and driving timelines to keep developments on track.

Project Leadership & Communication

• Represent West77 Partners with professionalism in all external communications.
• Manage consultants, jurisdictions, and internal teams to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and communicate risks related to site, entitlement, and permitting to leadership.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to executives and investors.
