The Ross College of Business (RCOB) currently has an opportunity for a student with Federal Work Study eligibility to serve as the RCOB Work Study Assistant.

The RCOB Work Study Assistant will report to and work closely with the Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the Ross College of Business while providing support to all members of the college.

Duties and responsibilities include assisting with the coordination of RCOB social media posts and events for the departments within RCOB.

The position will also attend meetings and record minutes, support faculty by conducting research for various academic projects, and other administrative and office related tasks to support RCOB faculty and staff.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, as well as the ability to navigate various library and professional electronic database systems.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team.

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Eligible candidates must be pursuing a degree within one of the Ross College of Business programs and have Federal Work Study eligibility.

Hours are flexible and will vary depending on availability. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20-25 hours a week, Monday Friday between 8 a.

m. 5 p.m. EST. Occasional evening hours required to support special events.
