Job Description
Healthcare United is actively seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding family medicine practice at our established Healthcare System near Indianapolis, IN.
The successful candidate will become a vital part of a thriving practice, working alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, and an experienced support staff.
Opportunity Details :
Practice Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 a.m.-5 : 30 p.m.
Flexible Schedule : No weekends or holidays
Average Outpatient Volume : 18-20 patients per day
Shared Call : 1 : 4 with Nurse Triage System
Physician Oversight : Provide oversight to 1 NP
Telehealth Offered : On-site lab
COMMON DIAGNOSES :
Child and adult wellness visits
Back pain
Endocrinology issues
Hypertension
Heart failure
Requirements
Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine
Active license
