Role Description :

The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage KH Projects mailbox
• Process Quote Requests (RFQs), register new projects in CRM system.
• Assist sales / quoting personnel as necessary to complete quotes and submit to customers and sales reps.
• Distribute program pricelists to sales reps
• Serve as admin support to sales team when needed.
• Assist in managing data in Salesforce
• Set-up new projects in OMT tool (data entry)
• Set-up new projects in Salesforce / Project Portal
• Collect and capture monthly sales rep project updates
• Assist quoting specialists with freight quoting
• Register project leads
• Take customer calls
