Youll beinstrumental in driving process improvements and crafting StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline our operations andelevate our overallefficiency.

ScopeofContributions :

LegalComplianceOversight :

  • Ensuremeticulous adherence to federal state and local employment laws andregulations.
  • Developenforce and update policies and procedures to align with legalrequirements.
  • ProvideHR expertise on employment laws and practices. Recommend andinterpret guidance to clarify issues resolve conflicting guidanceand / or alleviate potentialproblems.

EmployeeRelationsManagement :

  • Proactivelyaddress and resolve employee relations issues maintaining a cultureof open communication fairness andcollaboration
  • Implementstrategies to enhance employee satisfaction andengagement.
  • Conductemployee relations activities within the company according toestablished guidelines sound practices and in accordance with theorganizations mission values andgoals.

ProcessOptimization :

  • Identifybottlenecks and inefficiencies in HR operations and developstreamlined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhanceeffectiveness.
  • Continuouslyassess and improve HR processes to ensure alignment withorganizationalobjectives.
  • Conductresearch and develop / recommend solutions and process improvementson HRrelated projects processes and policies aligned toorganizational strategy culture and businesspractices.

StrategicCollaboration :

  • Workclosely with senior management to develop and execute HR strategiesthat support organizationalgoals.
  • Provideinsights and recommendations on workforce planning talentmanagement and organizationaldevelopment.
  • Partnerwith business leaders to support all people strategies includingchange management process improvements and strategicinitiatives.

Onboarding / OffboardingSupport :

  • Facilitateseamless onboarding for new hires ensuring they are integrated intothe company culture and processeseffectively.
  • Createaccounts for smooth onboarding / offboardingprocesses.

HRPrograms andAnalytics

  • Partnerwith HR to provide support in areas like talent acquisition leavemanagement compensation planning and other HRprograms.
  • Leveragepeople analytics to drive insights into action with a focus ondriving retention andengagement.
  • Utilizeemployee feedback surveys to analyze results and follow up onactionitems.
  • Supportlearning and development activities; help drive engagement andawareness of HRprograms.

GuidanceandSupport :

  • Offerexpert guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelatedmatters including policies procedures and bestpractices.
  • Addressemployee concerns or grievances in a fair and timely mannermaintaining confidentiality asnecessary.

Requirements

Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.

Minimumof 3 years of progressive experience in human resources decisionmaking with a strong emphasis on compliance employee relations andprocessimprovement.

Indepthknowledge of employment laws regulations and industry bestpractices.

Stronganalytical abilities with a track record of identifying areas forimprovement and implementing effectivesolutions.

Astrong understanding of the HR function (including capabilitiesprocesses technology operating model design strategic competenciespoliciesetc.)

Musthave knowledge of employment regulations to include DOL I9 EEOC andFLSA

Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills capable of building rapportwith employees at all levels of theorganization.

Proficiencyin HR software and systems including HRIS and payroll platforms.

Demonstratedability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation with discretion andintegrity.

Proficientwith Apple computers operatingsystem.

PreferredRequirements :

Applicationswith SHRM or other HR certification are stronglypreferred.

Experiencewith ADP or ADP WorkforceNow

GoogleAdmin experience highlypreferred

ScheduleandLocation :

Thisis a fulltime inoffice / hybrid position. Your influence will beneeded at our HQ in Bergenfield NJ Monday toFriday.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience inhuman resources decision making with a strong emphasis oncompliance, employee relations, and process improvement.

In-depthknowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry bestpractices. Strong analytical abilities with a track record ofidentifying areas for improvement and implementing effectivesolutions.

A strong understanding of the HR function, (includingcapabilities, processes, technology, operating model design,strategic competencies, policies, etc.
