Mohican will be REOPENING MAY 16TH! We have been undergoing extensive renovations and are looking to hire for our Summer season.
Training will be given before opening.
Job Summary :
Mohican Lodge, located in Perrysville, Ohio, is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser.
This position is a full-time or part time, individual contributor role in our fast-paced and vibrant hospitality / restaurant setting.
As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness and organization in our dining areas and setup / teardown of all banquet spaces.
This will involve moving tables, chairs and chauffeurs.
This position offers a competitive salary of $12 per hour, paid biweekly, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities :
- Clear and reset tables in the restaurant in a timely manner
- Assist servers and other dining staff with tasks as needed
- Refill water glasses and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including floors, tables, and chairs
- Assist with food and beverage delivery to tables as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management - Setup and breakdown of all meeting spaces
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
