Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries promptly.

You will handle a high volume of incoming calls and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation :

$41,500 - $49,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.
• Use appropriate sales techniques to promote products or services to customers.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
