Our Community Engagement Coordinator is the extension of our company to the community and has a unique opportunity to foster new relationships.
The Community Engagement Coordinator will be partnering with our existing Marketing Coordinator. Together, you will oversee all areas of Marketing within Chick-fil-A Rand Village.
Community Engagement Coordinator Requirements & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :
Marketing
- 10 hours of marketing related activities.
- A passion for engaging our community through schools, churches, businesses, and local community events.
- Blitzing our community with free Chick-fil-A in order to build relationships.
- A long lasting involvement in the community and is very familiar with our surrounding area.
- Open to working evenings and weekends when we have events.
- Spirit nights
- Concessions stands at local schools
- Family nights
- Regional Sponsored events
- Able to assist Marketing Coordinator with in store events, catering, and deliveries
Relevant skills
- Working knowledge of Excel to track guest information
- General sales knowledge
- Currently involved in the community
- A general knowledge of event planning

The wage for this position starts at $16 an hour. This position is part time but there are opportunities for more hours within our restaurant operationally (serving guests behind the counter, in the drive thru, dining room, or kitchen).
