Lead Or Senior Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project manager with deep expertise in electrical systems and utility infrastructure? Join our dynamic PMO team as lead or senior Project Manager, where you'll drive the design, implementation, and modernization of critical electrical projects across transmission, distribution, substation, and underground systems. As a seasoned Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of complex utility initiativesfrom planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure projects meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities :

• Lead large-scale utility projects including grid modernization and infrastructure upgrades
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and regulatory teams
• Monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior leadership

This position pays between $120,000 and $160,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation / parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
