Our client, a small and family-oriented company, looking for an Administrative Warehouse Assistantto provide both administrative and light warehouse support. What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive 0–5 product deliveries per day and match invoices, shipping documents, and purchase orders
- Enter data into QuickBooks and internal inventory / billing systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Organize, label, and track inventoryby project and maintain tidy, well-organized storage areas
- Move and handle products(under 50 lbs.) and assist with product placement or labeling as needed
- Support administrative staffwith data entry, phones, and other ad hoc administrative tasks between deliveries
- Collaborate with a small team of admins and warehouse techs to ensure smooth daily operations
