Dallas Mechanical Group an EMCOR Company has an opening for a Service AR Specialist at their Dallas, TX location. The Collections Clerk will be responsible for all service and maintenance collections for our Service Department.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all service and maintenance collections.
• Send out statements monthly.
• Follow-up via phone and email with customer on overdue accounts.
• Send certified letters to unresponsive customers.
• Add all unresponsive customers to the record keeping sheet. Communicate support needed to management group.
• Research invoices questioned by customers and respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date collections system.
• Monitor customer account detail for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.
• Carry out collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Data Entry

Qualifications :

Salary Expectations : $20-25 Depending on Experience
