We are looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. In this role, you will focus on attracting and onboarding 1099 employees to provide contract-based services for a variety of different clients. Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver engaging recruitment pitches to attract talent.
• Quickly gain a thorough understanding of the company's operations and recruitment processes.
• Consistently meet or exceed set performance goals and metrics.
• Participate in daily team meetings to share updates and align strategies.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer support during recruitment calls.
• Leverage data insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems.
