Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our innovative energy solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new customers, nurture existing relationships, and meet sales targets.

At Universal Energy Solutions , we are passionate about delivering sustainable energy solutions to our clients. As a Sales Representative , you will have the opportunity to educate customers about the benefits of our products and services, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

This is an Entry Level position and full training is provided. Sales experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Nurture and build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Clearly communicate the value of our products and services to customers, addressing their specific energy needs
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
