About the Role
Join our patient-centered dental practice as an Experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator. Youll be the friendly voice and smiling face that makes every patient feel welcome while supporting our teams mission to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify dental insurance coverage and process patient information
- Assist in coordinating treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Maintain organized patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to optimize patient flow
- Uphold a clean and welcoming front office environment
