Role : UI / UX Designer
Years of Experience : Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
Key Skills :
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Expertise in tools for creating prototypes and wireframes for web applications and mobile applications
- Clear understanding of Accessibility guidelines and standards in developing UI designs.
- Knowledge of HTML / CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Developing wireframes and prototypes based on user needs and maintaining them.
- Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
- Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, intuitiveness)
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and the management
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
