Pay Rate : $23.50 per hour

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

ERP experience is a must!

What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable / Deductions Analyst ? You’ll be :

• Collecting inquiries, claims, and returns from customers.
• Investigating issues in case of price discrepancies and working with pricing analysts to confirm pricing for each material and timeframe.
• Investigating issues with refusal, damage, over / under shipments, BOL to invoice discrepancies, and gathering necessary paperwork from shipping for each discrepancy.
• Managing the issuing and following through the approval process for any credit and / or credit / rebills as needed to reconcile customer deductions.
• Providing any backup documentation to customers needed in order for them to pay invoices as billed.
