As a leader in our field, we are seeking a Financial Analyst.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work with large amounts of data.

The financial analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to support our company's financial goals.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Conduct financial analysis for real estate projects, including feasibility studies, cash flow projections, and return on investment calculations.
• Collaborate with the Contracting, Development, and Property / Asset Management teams to understand their financial needs and provide support as required.
• Participate in the evaluation of potential real estate investments, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to inform financial decision-making.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize company performance.
• Participate actively in the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Solid understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 2+ years experience in financial analysis, real estate finance, or related field a plus
