The Clinical Supervisor- Assertive Community Treatment Team ...
- Adheres to a fixed, on-site schedule
- Provides expert, quality, and transparent clinical supervision and support to licensed and unlicensed counselors through consultation, supervision, training, and documentation review
- Provides direct clinical care which may include but is not limited to completing mental health assessments of clients, treatment, safety planning, determining the appropriate level of care
- Establishing connections with necessary resources and facilitating admission to suitable inpatient facilities when needed.
- In addition to providing quality care, the focus in this role is on clinical confidence and further expanding clinical knowledge and expertise as a licensed professional.
Qualifications :
- Licensed, in good standing, in the State of Colorado in a counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
- Must have sufficient language skills and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing to accurately and professionally implement and document the services provided to clients
- Must be able to perform and understand active listening, ethical conduct, social perception, service orientation, complex problem-solving, writing, monitoring, judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience working therapeutically with clients
- Experience using various treatment modalities appropriate for clients, utilizing strength-based therapeutic approaches
- Experience working in a team environment
