The Resource is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client, a kitchen and bath remodel company, located in Winston-Salem, NC! This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity that offers a pay rate of $17.
00 per hour, and has a 1st shift schedule (9 : 00am-5 : 00pm). Duties for for this role includes filing documents, completing general office duties, greeting potential clients, answering phones, setting appointments, and inputting information into company computer system.
Ideal candidates for this role should have computer skills, excellent communication skills, and detail-oriented. Candidates for this role must also be ok with dogs.

Responsibilities :
- Answering phone with a pleasant tone and gather information from incoming call.
- Complete input of information into lead tracking system.
- Input appointments on appropriate calendars.
- Email follow up with lead appointments set
- Open and separate mail, Filing, Make copies.
- Complete online permit applications
- Print and organize documents needed for projects.
- Schedule & execute marketing activities throughout the year
- Work with digital marketing provider to enhance companys online presence
- Implement new marketing opportunities
- Analyze results of all marketing pieces to determine which activities provide the best results.
- Periodic visits to ongoing construction projects around town for videos and pictures for social media posts
