JobOverview :
We are seeking a detailoriented andorganized Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. As a DataEntry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately andefficiently entering data into our systems.
The ideal candidatewill have excellent typing skills strong attention to detail andthe ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities :
Enter data into our systemsaccurately and efficiently
Verify data accuracyand make necessary corrections
Organize andmaintain electronic and paper files
Update andmaintain databases
Respond to data inquiries andrequests from team members
Perform regular databackups to ensure data integrity
Assist withother administrative tasks asneeded
Qualifications :
Highschool diploma or equivalent
12 years ofexperience in data entry or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entrysoftware
Excellent typing skills and attentionto detail
Strong organizational andtimemanagement skills
Ability to workindependently and in a team environment
Knowledge of construction or manufacturing industry is aplus
Contract Details :
This isa fulltime 40 hours per week remote position. The Data EntrySpecialist will work closely with the administrative team andreport to the Operations Manager.
