Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $16-19 / hr., Depending on Experience

Location : Denver, CO 80207

Experience : Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities :

• Answering inbound calls from clients / customers in a professional manner.
• Product and / or service knowledge.
• Ability to patiently and politely resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Conducting follow-up calls with customers when necessary.
• Route calls to the appropriate resource.

Call Center Representative Requirements :

• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong computer skills including data entry / typing.
• Willingness to submit to a background check and / or drug test.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
