InsideTracker is hiring for a Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition and value across our digital ecosystem. Base pay range : $100,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr.

As we scale our direct-to-consumer business, we\'re seeking an exceptional growth marketer to drive customer acquisition and value across our digital ecosystem.

About the Role

Position Summary

We\'re looking for a growth marketing professional who combines analytical rigor with creative execution to accelerate our D2C growth engine. You\'ll own the customer journey from awareness to adoption to advocacy, building and scaling marketing systems that drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Experimentation
  • Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies across the customer funnel
  • Implement cohort analysis and predictive lifetime value (pLTV) modeling to optimize acquisition spend and downstream retention activities
  • Lead cross-functional growth experiments using North Star Framework methodology, managing a portfolio ongoing tests across channels
  • Have experience with AEO and a strong POV re : how to leverage InsideTracker\'s deep content library to overindex on this vector
  • Develop and deploy attribution modeling to optimize budget allocation
  • Performance Marketing & Acquisition
  • Scale multi-channel acquisition programs across paid search, social, display, connected TV, and emerging channels such as LLMs and Voice Assistants
  • Implement advanced Facebook / Meta and Google Ads strategies including dynamic product ads, lookalike modeling, and automated bidding optimization
  • Execute programmatic advertising campaigns using demand-side platforms (DSPs) with first-party data activation
  • Deploy sophisticated email / SMS acquisition funnels with behavioral triggers, dynamic content personalization, and predictive send-time optimization
  • Conversion Rate Optimization & Growth Hacking
  • Lead comprehensive CRO programs using advanced testing methodologies (multivariate testing, Bayesian statistics, sequential testing)
  • Implement growth hacking strategies including viral loops, referral programs, and gamification elements to reduce customer acquisition costs
  • Deploy advanced personalization engines using machine learning for web experience optimization and dynamic pricing strategies
  • Optimize mobile app conversion funnels with deep linking, progressive onboarding, and in-app messaging campaigns
  • Analytics & Performance Measurement
  • Implement advanced marketing analytics stack including customer data platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools
  • Build comprehensive marketing attribution models including algorithmic attribution, incrementality testing, and marketing mix modeling
  • Execute sophisticated A / B and multivariate testing programs with proper statistical significance and practical significance thresholds

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of growth marketing experience with demonstrated track record of scaling D2C businesses from $10M+ to $50M+ ARR
  • 5+ years of experience in health tech, wellness, or adjacent industries (nutrition, fitness, longevity)
  • "Full stack" / full funnel / revenue lifecycle experience in a content-driven D2C business, across all touch points from Social to Buy Button
  • Proven expertise managing $5M+ annual marketing budgets with strong ROI performance
  • Experience with subscription business models and complex customer journey optimization
  • Technical Marketing Expertise

  • Advanced proficiency in marketing technology stack including Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms. Experience or a strong POV re : AEO is of interest
  • Expert-level experience with major advertising platforms : Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Klayvio, Salesforce, etc)
  • Strategic & Leadership Capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute omnichannel growth strategies. Awareness of regulation in health marketing is a plus (e.g., clinical claims substantiation and FDA / FTC compliance)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Specialized Health Tech Experience

  • Understanding of health consumer psychology, behavior change, and wellness market trends and dynamics
  • Experience marketing complex health products requiring consumer education and trust-building
  • Knowledge of health data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and their marketing implications
  • Experience with clinical research integration into marketing messaging and content strategy
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience with personalized medicine, genomics, or biomarker testing or adjacent health / life sciences categories
  • Expertise in influencer marketing within health and wellness verticals
  • Experience with Amazon advertising and marketplace optimization
  • Certification in Google Analytics 4, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms

    Hours : Full time, exempt (salaried)

    Compensation : Base salary plus performance-based bonuses

    Salary Range : $100-145k, salary commensurate with experience
