The Product Manager for Notifications & Engagement Channels owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer notifications as a critical engagement channel. This role ensures that notifications are relevant, timely, compliant, and drive measurable business outcomes while protecting customer trust.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the vision and roadmap for notifications across push, SMS, email, and in-app.
  • Drive execution of notification strategy end-to-end.
  • Define principles for notification timing, targeting, personalization, and frequency control.
  • Partner with Content Network, Loyalty, and Affiliate teams to align notifications within the broader engagement ecosystem.
  • Work with engineering, data, and Martech to deliver enabling infrastructure (orchestration, segmentation, experimentation, consent management).
  • Lead alignment across stakeholders on use cases, prioritization, and success metrics.
  • Continuously measure impact and iterate to maximize engagement and conversion through notifications.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in engagement, CRM, or Martech platforms.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel notification systems and customer messaging frameworks.
  • Experience with personalization, experimentation, and consent management.
  • Strong data-driven mindset; skilled in interpreting engagement metrics and running experiments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Jira proficiency preferred).
  • Preferred Experience

  • Background in financial services, fintech, or global consumer brands.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and engagement analytics.
  • Experience integrating with Martech tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable.

    The base salary range is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.

This is defined as a flexible working arrangement that enables employees to divide their time between working from home and working from an office location. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
