The job duties include supporting the professional development of the DVM staff, partnering with the regional operations manager for compliance and strategic planning, and working with local hospital leadership to lead the team and ensure high-quality medicine and financial success.
The qualifications for this role include a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, active licensure in Texas, 5+ years of practice experience, positive leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
