Administrative Assistant
A leading investment management company is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to its Real Estate team. This fully onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a high-performing group within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple members of the Real Estate team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison with internal staff, external partners, vendors, brokers, and counsel.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations.
- Arrange and coordinate travel logistics.
- Process expense reimbursements and vendor invoices using Concur.
- Support data entry, recordkeeping, and information-sharing initiatives.
- Provide occasional backup coverage for office services.
- Assist with special projects and process improvement efforts as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role within a professional environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; experience with Concur strongly preferred.Comfortable interfacing with executives and external stakeholders.Compensation : $43.00- 45.00 / hr
