We're building the future of executive search for UHNW individuals and family offices. As a bootstrapped, AI-powered startup, we need a Head of Operations to own our operational engine while our CEO focuses on product and clients.
The Role
Take complete ownership of operations from day one
Financial planning and P&L management
Build scalable systems and processes
Hire and manage lean, effective teams
Implement AI tools to multiply our efficiency
Who You Are
4-7 years building operations (startup or consulting experience ideal)
Track record of doing more with less
Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, EXA, Serif, Origami Agents, Gumloop, etc.)
Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Comfortable working with executive-level and UHNW clients
Excited to own outcomes, not just advise

Base : $180-220K + bonus
