The individual performing this job function is empowered with adequate authority to exercise the required duties and responsibilities of the position to ensure that all work performed meets or exceeds LX PANTOS AMERICA, INC.
standards for safety, quality and productivity. This position requires serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
Qualifications often include strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
We are currently searching for a highly motivated Sales Representative at the following locations :
TX / NJ / CA / GA
Responsibilities
Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Setting sales quotas and goals
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Defining and executing territory sales plans
Education & Experience Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (at least 3-4 years)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
