Requirements
- Proficiency in technical support, software troubleshooting, computer management, and desktop assistance.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments is essential.
- Experience with Linux operating systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts, including TCP, DNS, GPOs, Meraki devices, and network administration.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service skills are crucial, focusing on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred.
Responsibilities
