US Accounting & Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Reconciliation, and US Payroll processing. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process and manage US payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports, tax filings, and employee records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth accounting and payroll operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, payroll laws, and company policies.
