Customer Service Representative – HVAC Industry Company : Supreme Comfort AZ (Phoenix, AZ)
Job Type : Full-Time | Pay : $19.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience) About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join Supreme Comfort AZ. As part of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, resolving concerns, and helping make sure every customer has a great experience. This is a fast-paced role where organization, communication, and teamwork matter every day.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and schedule customer service requests
- Dispatch HVAC technicians quickly and efficiently
- Coordinate and optimize technician schedules to ensure timely service
- Communicate updates between customers, technicians, and office staff
- Maintain accurate records of customer requests, schedules, and completed jobs
- Assist with permits, daily work schedules, and on-call rotations
- Support the Service Manager and CSR team with additional office tasks
