Overview
MSC Cruises, the world's third largest cruise line, is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Recruiter to support our expansion across the U.S. market. This interim role will focus on mid-to-senior level hiring across both Commercial and Operations functions, requiring strong business partnership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex searches efficiently.
We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven recruiter who can hit the ground running, quickly build relationships with senior leaders, and deliver top talent across a variety of business areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, commercial, and operations positions, including management and leadership roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business needs, define roles, and design targeted search strategies.
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, networking, and data-informed sourcing techniques.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, leadership capability, and organizational fit.
- Use recruiting metrics and analytics to monitor progress, identify trends, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to streamline processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Manage the offer process, providing market insights and ensuring a smooth and professional transition from offer to onboarding.

Immediately available to begin a full-time interim assignment.Based in South Florida (remote / flexible hybrid) with ability to visit Fort Lauderdale office for onboarding and regular in-office days.8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in large or complex organizations, with exposure to both commercial and operational functions.Proven success in managing mid–senior level and high-complexity searches across multiple business areas.Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and metrics to guide recruiting decisions.Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse), and Excel or similar reporting tools.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in HR or related subject preferred.Essentials
