Sales Specialist (Residential)
Responsbilties :
Works with all company-provided leads in a timely manner and tracks them in PipeDrive.
Visits homes to meet with clients, take measurements, pictures, elevations, and site conditions.
Works with graphic designer to develop 2D, 3D, and virtual reality designs.
Creates and presents designs and quotes to potential clients.
Represents client needs to installers and operations teams.
Maintains good working knowledge of products and services.
Continuously builds and improves the client experience.
Actively participates in regular sales meetings and sales strategy planning.
Attends meetings, performs other activities, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration, marketing or similar field.
Preferred 3-5 years' sales experience in construction field.
Must exhibit the drive to generate sales and meet or exceed established quotas.
Base salary 30K-35K for 3 months plus commissions. After 3 month a review will take place to determine staying on salary with smaller commissions or moving to straight 1099 with larger commissions.

Salary : From $35,000.00 per year plus commissions.
