Bakery General Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager, including hiring and training responsibilities
- Expertise with managing controllable expenses, P+L management, labor schedule optimization
- Prior New Restaurant Opening experience
- Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
- A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and "plant roots" in a community
