As the Civil Litigation Paralegal, you will serve as the cornerstone of our legal and operational excellence. This is not a beginner position—it requires a seasoned professional with significant experience in civil litigation, particularly in plaintiff-side firms. Yet at the same time, you must not be stuck in your ways and be able to adapt and flow with new technology and processes. You will manage complex cases from inception to trial while overseeing office operations, working hand-in-hand with staff and attorneys, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the firm.

This position offers the opportunity to directly impact our firm's growth, with responsibilities ranging from trial preparation to operational strategy.

What you'll do

Case Management and Litigation Support

• Draft and file court-ready state and federal pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with attention to detail.
• Maintain and manage litigation calendars, ensuring compliance with deadlines for discovery, hearings, and other case milestones.
• Prepare for trials, including organizing exhibits, drafting trial binders, and liaising with clients and witnesses.
• E-file documents in state and federal court systems.
• Handle high-volume docket management, ensuring cases move efficiently through the litigation pipeline.
