Job Responsibilities
- Responsibility for planning, allocation of resources and coordination of tasks for sustaining design engineering.
- Own and maintain the VAVE and quality projects roadmap for product platforms.
- Mentor and train engineers in the product design process.
- Provide daily support to issues encountered in the manufacturing environment.
- Provide support and resolution to quality issues found in the field.
- Create and deliver a regular cadence of project status updates.
- Engineering analysis and design using analytical tools such as performance simulation, FEA and CFD.
- Travel both domestic and international required to key suppliers and customers as needed.
Background & Skills
Required (basic) qualifications
- Min Years of experience : 7
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
Preferred qualifications
- Advanced degree such as MS or MBA
- Experience in HVAC product design
- Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 processes for product development.
- Possess strong design for manufacturing and assembly thinking ability.

- Knowledge of CAD, FEA and computer simulation analysis.
- Ability to both think strategically in concepts and execute with attention to detail.
- Results oriented individual with emphasis on overall team performance.

- Role requires to be onsite in the office daily
