General Summary :

Ohana Server is responsible for ensuring safety and cleaning measures, to keep staff and customers safe, taking patrons' orders, recording orders in our POS system in a timely manner, as well as ensuring that our patrons are satisfied with both the consumable products and high-quality customer service that they experience at our facility.

Ohana Server will also be responsible for accurately delivering food, and beverage orders to our customers in a timely manner, and customer-centric fashion.

We are looking for Servers to be passionate about food, and service while thoroughly enjoying creating our customer's exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant / bar setting.

We also expect a level of presentation with self; staying to our dress code, and hygienic practices, you will be the face of the restaurant and representing the Ohana brand.

Responsibilities :

• Establish Ohana Cannabis Co. as the go-to cannabis dispensary in Bay Area.
• Educate consumers on the positive aspects of cannabis in order to drive the normalization of use.
• Taking customer food orders, as well as inputting them into our system with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Knowledge of our Menu items, clearly and effectively being able to explain items to customers.
• Be an advocate for the Ohana and provide top-level customer service.
• Curate a welcoming environment for patrons both in Restaurant / Bar and Dispensary.

Education, Experience and Skills Required :

• 2-3 years of serving experience.
• Must be enthusiastic and self-driven.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
