About the Opportunity :

A national, employee-owned engineering firm is seeking a Regional Business Leader to drive the growth of its Civil Engineering Division in the Charlotte, NC region. This is a senior leadership position with a strong focus on business development, municipal market expansion, and team leadership . This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of public infrastructure projects and a strong network in the Charlotte area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and implement the regional business development strategy
• Grow and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients
• Represent the Civil Division’s leadership presence in the Charlotte office
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to align services with market demand
• Contribute to long-term staff planning and succession strategy
• Guide strategic pursuits, proposal development, and contract negotiations
