Our suite of tools addresses the daily pain points faced by agents, empowering them to launch effective marketing campaigns, track leads' activities, build lasting customer relationships, and efficiently manage teams.

As a leader in our industry, we are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team and drive growth within the small and mid-market customer segment.

Job Overview :

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying, contacting, qualifying, and closing potential new small and mid-market customers and individual real estate agents.

With excellent communication and consultative selling skills, the ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including real estate agents, team leads, lenders, and brokers.

Responsibilities :

  • Utilize both inbound and outbound leads, as well as demos established by Business Development Representatives, to proactively identify and engage potential small and mid-market customers and individual agents.
  • Conduct product demonstrations with prospective individual agents, small and mid-market customer teams, and brokerages of up to 100 agents, showcasing the value and benefits of our platform.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and team leaders to strategize and demonstrate the platform to highly qualified sales prospects, effectively closing deals.
  • Employ social selling techniques, cold calling, and other skills acquired as a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative to prospect for new opportunities and schedule demos independently.

Utilize our proprietary CRM and other tools to generate, track, and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of successful sales experience in real estate, software, and / or technical industries, a plus if you have experience as a Chime Business Development Representative, or Sales Development Representative
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with real estate industry client executives.
  • 5 years of experience in SaaS sales and account management, effectively developing existing and prospective accounts.
  • Consistent high-achiever, exceeding sales objectives and quotas throughout your career.
  • Proven prospecting skills and proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for conveying technical information to clients.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Ethical and principled decision-making, adhering to high moral values.
