• Operational run support of multiple applications for retirement and investment applications.
• Strong analytical and technical skills for Unix and Window Operating System applications
• Ability to triage and resume batch jobs. Knowledge of Maestro job scheduling
• May need to provide on call support once proficient with application(s)Fulfill business requests for database updates

Skills : Skills :

Cobol familiarity / experience

Unix Operating System

MPE helpful

DB2 database experience

Windows Operating System

Windows NTFS Permissions

Active Directory

RapidSQL or other database querying tool

Maestro job scheduler experience

Service Now experience preferred

Visual Basic familiarity / experience

Access Database familiarity preferred

On-Call : In the future and only when elevated support required. ~ Once per month.
