HR Manager
Overview
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of today’s workforce.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have an even-keeled personality, and be a team-oriented individual.
Job Description :
The HR Manager will oversee the overall community human resources operations in accordance with established policies & procedures, employment rules & regulations, and as directed by the Executive Director and Chief Human Resources Officer for Fellowship Square, Christian Care located at our Phoenix and Cottonwood Senior Living Communities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure fair employment practices regarding hiring, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, safety, and terminations, including applicable regulations.
- Ensure corporate human resource policies and procedures are followed uniformly and consistently.
- Supervise and direct the campus Recruiter and HR Assistant.
- Assist with coordination of annual benefits open enrollment. Payroll processing for 200+ employees utilizing ADP HRIS system.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Qualifications
- SHRM certification and / or H.R. Degree preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in Human Resources.
- Be familiar with Federal and State regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English.
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently is a plus.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material.
- Must have organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Experience working with ADP HRIS and Yardi software preferred.
