Job Summary :
The Staff Accountant manages the day-to-day operations of the financial organization and is responsible for maintaining accuracy of financial records and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Underlying these responsibilities is meeting processing and reporting deadlines and performing various accounting tasks such as :

Position Qualifications and Skills :
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
2. 3 + years of experience in accounting role; experience with China / International vendors and electronic payments, distribution / assembly businesses experience a plus

5. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
6. Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Desktop
7. Strong understanding of US tax regulations
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel Skills
9. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
10. Ability to read and analyze financial reports.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
13. High attention to detail
14. Ability to work independently.

16. Elevated level of professional ethics
General Physical Demands :
Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for prolonged periods (6-8 hours per day). Occasionally required to stand, walk, or move around the office and production areas. Ability to lift and carry office supplies, files, or reports, typically up to 15-25 pounds. Occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, or stoop to access files or office equipment. Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and handling documents. May need to walk through or inspect areas of the manufacturing floor, requiring proper safety precautions.
